Let me start by saying I looked for a couch for ages, and the quality of furniture for the price these days is just… an awful experience. I stumbled upon Really Cool Living after about a month of research and knew I would be buying there before I stepped inside the building. The reviews left online by customers about their positive experience, coupled with the beautiful and relevant couch options PLUS the fact that they are a local business and have a quick turnaround time. Nothing prepared me for the even better experience I had in store!

When I arrived, Paul was so nice. I had a ton of questions and he answered them all patiently while giving me time and room to think. Once I feel in love with the Pearl white couch, he provided me cleaning tips other customers used and let me know about the additional covers I could purchase if I was really worried. I was having a hard time picturing the set up in my small apartment, so Paul moved the display furniture around so I could see how it would look. Just, a truly great experience in store. I paid for the couch Wednesday and had it delivered the following Tuesday. Anyone in the market for furniture knows that turnaround time is practically unheard of!! Kermit was one of the delivery guys and he texted the night before and the morning of to let me know the time window. They brought the pieces up, took their shoes off to be respectful of my living space, and came in to see where everything was going to fit. I let them know I had a work call I had to be on but would be around if needed. They were respectful and so incredibly kind.

Last part, promise!! When they accidentally delivered the wrong side arm cover, I texted Paul and he was able to swing by after his shift to exchange it for the correct one. Just above and beyond.

I will be back for more items from this place and I have already recommended it to everyone I know. The fabric of the couch is soft to the touch while still maintaining shape. There is added padding built in to the frame of the couch to help with support. The couch is so soft that I did not scotch guard due to not wanting to ruin how freaking cozy the cushions are. (Don’t curse me, I have a mini couch vacuum and I use it every other night. She’s such a dream.)

If you are looking for a stylish couch that is also extremely comfortable then look no further! I purchased my first couch from RCL 4 years ago and since then my daughter, parents and my son's girlfriend have all purchased the cloud couch from RCL. My Son recently moved out and we gave him our couch so we could buy a new one with the slope arms. The one we gave our son is still in great condition after 4 years. It is saying something when my children in their 20's and my parents in thier 70's all love the couch! Several of my favorite features other than the extreme comfort and great style are that you can take off the covers and throw them in the wash, they come out looking brand new!
