Subway — Restaurant in Burton

Worst experience ever! Ordered online, got there not done, ok np....waited app said order was done, but Drive thru blocked by another customer with car off. I call subway 3 times, they don't answer. I gvack out of line, then person moves so I proceed to window. No one comes to window, I call subway 3 more tines, no answer. I open windows little say hello, hello, no response. I knock on window, no response, I call 3 more times no response. My food has been done for 15 min at this point. Finally woman shows up starts screaming at me for tapping on window, I said well you should acknowledge me your customer. This woman just kept screaming at me, so I screamed back, she claimed she was manager, told her I didn't care. I call her a batch, cause she is one. I left my paid for food, which she said they gladly eat. I have never been treated so badly, I WILL NEVER go to this subway again. This woman needs to be fired. No excuse for her...

This location is combined with a Halo Burger for reference. It seems the Halo Burger owns the building, and the Subway only works out of it, so the decor is mostly themed around Halo Burger, with Subway only having a smaller portion. I would also like to specify that we come in in the mornings around 10:30 to Noon.

The staff is very friendly, though they are always overworked with their drive-thru orders. As usual, Subway only allows up to two employees to be working at a time, so can't and won't blame the employees for that. They are also very good at remembering their returning customers' orders and make small talk while making their food.

The food is usually made perfectly, asides from the oven slightly burning the bread occasionally when toasting. I recommend the All-American Club here. Give this...

Placed an order online and arrived 3 minutes before my order was scheduled to be done. I was told to pull forward, it would be a while. I understand this is a busy Subway and that is why I order online. I sat at the window for 8 minutes before anyone even acknowledged I was there. I was told they were out of italian herb and cheese bread, which seems odd because they close at 10pm so they could have just baked more. When we received our sandwiches they were sloppily made. Mine was over sauced by A LOT. I always order mine with less sauce because the bread get soggy very fast and ordering it with less sauce helps keep that from happening.
