I would not recommend a getting a IPhone from this store we replaced a iPhone 12 to a iPhone 15 which we added to r plan not even five days into having the phone it Started to where he can hear u but u can’t hear him on the 14th day we went back to AT&T in Weirton WV and they told us to go to a Apple Store we did and they did something it worked for a few days then went back to not being able to hear again now they are passing it to apple then apple is passing it to AT&T no one wants to fix the problem I strongly recommend buying a IPhone directly from apple cause AT&T will not replace it and apple will only fix it now if u buy it directly from apple and they...

The Weirton AT&T Store is the reason why we choose to stay with this company. Everyone that works at this location has always been welcoming when we come in, they have always answered our questions and they have never given us bad advice. No one likes change and getting a new phone or signing up for another TV provider can sometimes be nerve wracking or unsettling, but the employees here make the experience and transition as easy as possible. I really don't understand how the reviews for this store are so good. It took 3 visits to get any help because they were too busy. Meanwhile the manager couldn't do anything but take our name for an appointment that she didn't even make. Sitting here right now being ignored. The sales person went to help someone that just walked in after us then hid in the back. I just want to return the Direct TV box that doesn't work. I'm tired of the excuse that it's iPhone launch day. The iPhone isn't launching 2 weeks in a row. Apparently only Shakura is the only one who knows how to do anything...
