Do not recommend going to this subway. If possible go to another one or order something else. I placed an order for pick up for 3 footlongs on Flatbread and one footlong on Italian bread. When I picked it up and checked to make sure it was right, the 3 supposed to be footlongs on Flatbread were only half the size of the footlong on Italian bread. So we go back in to get the order corrected, and they tell us there is nothing wrong with it, claiming it's a new way they make them. I kid you not, it was literally a 6 inch wrapped in the other half of the bread. We even pulled out the sub that was a footlong on Italian bread and compared the size of the flatbread ones to it, to show them it was very clearly only half the size. When questioned about that, they said flatbread footlongs were made different from the other breads. So you're telling me that if you take the other breads, make the sandwich on one half, and then stick it in the other half of the bread, that it's a footlong? No, then why is that the logic being used with the flatbread. Now I can see maybe reading the order wrong and accidentally giving us a wrap instead, cause I do believe they have them and that's how they make them, but both of the employees working started getting snotty with us and told us we were wrong. At this point I didn't even want the sandwiches anymore and asked if I could just get my money back, and their exact words were, "No we're not doing that". So my mom, who I was with at the time, called another subway and asked if they had changed how they made their sandwiches, to which the employee on the phone said they hadn't. So the employee on the phone spoke to the employees in this store and told them they weren't making them right, and the employees in this store were being snotty to her as well. Finally the employees said they'll remake the sandwiches. Employee A was refusing to help employee B until they saw multiple people come in. Meanwhile, Employee B was acting like they've never made a sandwich there before and only put the meat in the middle leaving both ends of the sandwich with nothing. Call us Karen's if you want, but I work in customer service so I try to handle situations in a calm and respectful way, but right from the getgo these employees were being disrespectful and rude.
