Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Butler District

Ordered at 1:14pm called at 2:13pm because the app said my food was delivered thinking that maybe they delivered it to the wrong house I get told the app isn't correct that the driver was out with my order. Fast track to 2:48pm call again because still no order this time I asked to speak to the store manager and he tells me he put in that my order was delivered that he had to send his driver to pick up materials but not to worry that my order was still hot and will be on it's way shortly. I call again at 3:33pm because low and behold still no order and it's really getting ridiculous at this point. When I ask to speak to the store manager again i get questioned as to why and I explain that I placed my order at 1:14pm and I still haven't received it he puts me on hold the next thing the store manager comes on the phone wanting to argue with me telling me his driver delivered the order to me and handed it to me. I said to who???? Why am I calling you then if I got my order??? I'm calling because I haven't received anything!!! He continues to want to tell me he needs to call his driver to see where he delivered it to because the woman he delivered it to wasn't happy and said that if the order was cold she would want a refund. Well if someone else had the same problem as I did I would hope they would be mad as hell too. When I asked for a refund he was giving me a hard time still saying he needed to contact his driver. I ordered dinner for me and my family at 5:50pm last night, get an alert at 6:18pm that my order was ready. I pack my 1 year old in the car and drive to get it. Wait in the pick up window line when I get to the window I give my name the guy says it’s ready and asks for my payment. I give him my card and he asks if I was going to leave him a tip and I said yes I’ll write something on the receipt. He then says that’s ok you can just tell me what you’re tipping me and I’ll type it in. I thought that was weird he put me on the spot like that but let it go. After he took my payment he said I’m going to go grab your order. A few mins later he comes back and says we’re busy it’s going to be another 20 mins. I understand it gets busy but why alert me that my order is ready I couldn’t waited at home. So I sit in the parking lot for 20’mins with my 1 year old. 20 mins later I drive back through the drive up window and tell them I was told to come back in 20 mins. Order still wasn’t ready! Actually it hadn’t even been started yet! I couldn’t even just cancel because my payment had already been taken off my credit card. They could’ve told me this before taking my payment and asking for a tip. They couldn’t not told me my order was ready for pickup when it wasn’t. So I pull in the parking lot again and at this point my toddler is screaming because she is tired and hungry. I finally get my order at 7:36 PM! My order was supposed to be ready for pickup at 6:18 PM! Thats like an hour and 20’mins later! That’s just crazy! Especially taking my payment before telling me...

UPDATE! The franchise owner came me himself to apologize for everything. He is also calling Dakota. He couldn't believe an employee of his restaurant would do such a thing. He is sending a check for the full refund for Dakota.

My son came home from college last night and purchased food for the family. Only he and I ate the pizza. At about 2 am we both awoke with stomach cramps, nausea and diarrhea. Today at 1:11 pm and is both still sick, he called the store. The "manager" Mike told him it takes 48 hours to get did poisoning - very untrue - and then said he would investigate??? No apology. No refund. I called after because I was appalled. Dr. Mike called me a lair saying "noooo - I just talked to YOU" I will admit to getting heated with my response. Can my crazy... I have no idea why getting sick from their food, lack of a basic apology, and being called a LAIR while we are both still sick made me angry????
