Been coming here years. The dude working the take out today February 28 at 7:20pm is sort unprofessional and kind of petty. I’m guessing because I walked in to pick up an order he made me wait 20 minutes longer than I needed to. Finally I ask nicely do you know how much longer and he replies I honestly don’t know it shouldn’t take this long it’s just a burger right? I’m like yes. Then he proceeds to walk to the area and my order that I’ve been watching sit there she’s cooked for 20 minutes…. Super petty for no reason because I was nice to him and didn’t rush him or question him until it got ridiculous
I’ve been here many times many many times… but the bartender made our experience yesterday 11/21/21 very nice. I’ve had dry waitresses and really nice ones as well so the customer service is actually really good here. the bartenders customer service and awesome drinks made up for it. I’m not really a drinker but I always orders the new advertised drinks because my girlfriend drinks. I do taste them though. The Christmas drinks are awesome!!! Posted pictures. As far as food, if you’ve eaten at one you’ve eaten at all. They are always consistent here but if that changes I’ll be back to review it. Ordered a medium burger and got a rare but I’m not picky so I’ll pretty much eat anything, that’s where I took a star. But that’s just to be honest cause I like to be thorough with reviews. This place is great for date night family night alike. I...

If hospitality were an Olympic sport, Alex would not only take the gold but redesign the medal to include fireworks, a confetti cannon, and a standing ovation.
Alex was the embodiment of excellence—effortlessly balancing attentiveness, charm, and lightning-fast service like a seasoned maestro. They didn’t just take our order; they anticipated our cravings like a culinary psychic. Thirsty? A fresh drink appeared before we even had to ask. Confused about the menu? Alex guided us through like a five-star concierge, making recommendations that turned into legendary choices (seriously, I’ll be dreaming about that Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp forever).
The entire meal felt like an event. Napkins folded just right, every plate placed with care, and not once did we feel rushed. It was as if Alex had orchestrated the evening just for us, with a level of finesse and flair usually reserved for Michelin-starred establishments.
Applebee’s, give Alex a raise, a crown, or at least name a cocktail after them. Dining out should always feel this good.
Bravo, Alex. You made our night unforgettable.

Read moreReading some of those comments from before and all different experiences from others here at this place about FOOD. My experience about food at this place, nothing special just simple normal food, I have places before I went too and it was sad to call it food but I don’t go to those places and at same place when they bring me food as soon as I saw my order I would say Nop I will pass once plate is in front of me same moment not after half is gone if that’s not what I ordered . Those of you who complain food is cold or steak is WD instead of MD ….. For the price that you pay same steak or what ever other food ordered how can you expect to be perfect or wow or from Manager to make miracle after that same food in your plate what ever complain is about, more than half of the food is gone / done / eaten by the same person which is complaining how food is bad . So food is bad but wait let me eat half of it and then complain how bad it is - If food is bad you can see on first bite or just by looking at it there is no need to finish half of it and cry after, simple bad food return the plate untouched with explanation also simple - not what I ordered sorry I will pass on...
