Staples — Local services in Riverdale

Deceptive!! Purchased a reprint picture at desk. No customers in store thus person was not rushed. Clerk asked if I wanted to wait or come back to pick up it up. She said it would be ready within 20 minutes. I said I would wait in store because would take me longer to go home and come back. I walked around store and in less than 5 minutes, picture had been scanned. She called me in store and said it was ready. She never said that if I waited or came back that there was an express fee. I paid and checked my bill in car and she had charged me an express fee. I went in to ask why there is a $5 extra fee for a small picture. She said because if I waited that is considered express. If I came back later or tommorrow that is not an extra fee. I said that is something you should have said when you asked if I wanted to wait or come back. It was not an urgency and she was standing there doing nothing. Extra fee was not refunded. Now $5 is not the issue, the poor customer service...

Printed 100 flyers for a church meeting for next week. Drove to store to pick them up and realized they all were printed wrong. It was ordered double sided and they did single sided on the prints. I was told I could come back the next day because it was late. I asked what they were going to do with the misprinted ones and they said throw them out. I asked if I could have them because I could still hand them out. They said yes since it was their mistake. I arrived today to find that my order was printed corectly this time which was great. But the misprinted ones were no where to be found. Just annoyed I had to go there twice and told something which didn't happen. The associate who was working said they only work 1 day a week and didn't seem to care much about my inquiry. Next time I'll just order online and have them delivered. I don't use Staples much, and probably...

Great if you have to fax something and you don't have that at home. Also copiers! Lots of copiers! They'll also do it for you if you're techno-challenged - I have no desire to learn how to fax, they can do it for me and I'll be happy. Staff pleasant and helpful. Very understanding if you put the stuff in wrong side down and end up sending blank pages LOL UPDATE: Had to fax something ASAP and I was already having a horrible day.
