Dunkin' — Restaurant in Butler

Went into Dunkin Donuts on Main Street here in Butler,PA two different days at two different times. Walked in waited for almost 10 minutes the first time with a group of employees not even bothering to acknowledge me waiting or anything. Several of them looked at me and carried on playing on their phknes and just talking and gossiping about customers and coworkers. So i ended up leaving and it was not worth it to continue waiting any longer. Second time i went in a couple days later i was there waiting for almost 10 minutes and it was almost the same scenario. The tables were dirty and the floors were dirty, meanwhile, there were employees standing there not doing a thing but talking and playing on their phones. I continued to wait and called out to them, i got looks and then they just laughed and carried on with the same gossiping, phones, and laziness. This second time was a different day and time. No, they had no other customers or work being done. Finally, just as i was about to leave, an employee came out of the bathroom and was pleasant enough and took my order. The donuts I got were less than worth what they charge. The filled donut had pretty much no filling, and the blueberry donut was dry and terrible. I recommend avoiding...

Very clean and friendly and alert staff ! Pleasantly surprised! Oddly designed drive thru though, and too small of a parking lot which is a hazard for customers, and no handicapped close to the door parking which is a downfall and disappointment to see bc handicapped customers should always have priority especially when it comes to accessibility in/out or parking spots even, so to make their experience a good one and allowing them to have a pleasant experience and allowing them to forget that their "different", this parking set up and lack of accessibility in/out of the facility is a reason for folks to never shop here, and this reason alone would prevent them from being able to even access the store unless they're forced to go thru the drivethru and some people don't drive ! So other than that hindering certain folks from enjoying their experience here I rate this spot a 4/5 I wish they'd take this issue into consideration regarding a possible remodel and a different layout of the store / parking as to accommodate disabled customers more accurately and...

Originally dealt with the older lady then Grace this morning around 9 am. My order of a bacon egg bagel with hash browns and coffee was not 6 dollars like normal(meal price). The problem was they forgot to add the hash browns which took them forever to figure out. When I asked for a manager she said, "we are all manager's," very angrily and got Grace. When I finally got to Grace she said we are all manager's, and when I asked for her name she immediately coveted up her nametag with her hand! I still saw it though. She refused service because she didn't like my attitude. I love coming to Dunkin every morning, I'll be going to the other butler location now this is unacceptable.
