Fox's Pizza Butler — Restaurant in Butler

I really didn’t want to write a bad review because I understand that running a business is hard.. but here it goes. We recently moved to butler. We ordered from our local fox’s religiously (Kittanning) and were pleased every single time. So we decided to order fox’s here in butler - since May we have ordered here 3 different times and were disappointed every single time. The first we ordered, which was a big daddy and 2 half hoagies. A buffalo chicken hoagie and a BLT. The blt had one little slice of bacon and was mostly bread. The buffalo chicken was good, but did not have my extra sauce that I asked for. Okay, whatever. We ate it and didn’t complain because let’s be honest there better things to complain about. 2nd time we ordered just 2 hoagies for pick up. Buffalo and BLT. Was told 45 minutes. I got there 50 minutes after I placed the order, went inside and my food hasn’t even touched the oven yet. They told me they were finishing up my order and it would be a few more minutes. I watched the employees start making my buffalo hoagie and then proceeded to sit my hoagie on the making table where it sat for the next 25 minutes until I walked up to the counter and asked about my food. Still; my hoagie sat on the making table for another 10 minutes at the least before they seen me getting impatient and then finally shoved it in the oven.. I waited inside the store for another 45 minutes on top of the 50 I waited at my home for an order that I was told would take 45 minutes tops. I was very unpleased, needless to say. The hoagies were decent- I won’t deny that. But the wait time was unacceptable considering they were not busy at all and I didnt see them make any other order the entire time I was there. Told my husband that we will not be ordering again. Well a few weeks go by and we decided to give them one more try because we had a coupon for a large pizza and a whole hoagie. Ordered yesterday, they quoted us 40 minutes. Food was done when I got there thankfully. But here’s the thing, my buffalo hoagie was not made with the correct sauce. It had a sweet & tangy sauce on it- mixed with the hot sauce or buffalo. It was horrible. My husband and I BOTH could not eat it. It was absolutely terrible. I’m not sure what they used on it but it was NOT the sauce they used every other time I’ve ordered a buffalo hoagie. I sat and debated if I wanted to contact the store and question it. When I decided that I was going to contact the store I was displeased whenever I spoke with the “owner” who Took no accountability and denied my hoagie being made wrong, with the wrong sauce and honestly was just rude and defensive. He insisted that it was Fox’s recipe- & that he personally made the hoagie himself and also made the buffalo sauce which apparently is a mix of buffalo ranch and bbq sauce ? Which I’ve never heard of in my entire life- Nor have I ever had a taste of barbecue sauce in my buffalo chicken hoagie. I ended the call by telling him that I would not be placing an order again and hung up. We will be finding a new pizza shop to order from here in Butler & will not be giving them...

Placed a delivery order at 7:30pm last week for 2 hoagies, and cheese pizza. Double meat and cheese, on the hoagie and i didn't get it. delivery said it would be about 45 minutes, figured that late in the evening it wouldn't be too busy. However, a hour went by and food wasn't there, so i called and was told it just left and it is on its way up. I live 2 minutes up the road. Another 30 minutes went by and still wasn't there so i called again and was told rudely that there was only one cook and he would get it out when he could. So i was lied to originally about the food leaving the store. its almost 9:20pm (almost 2 hours) after i placed my order the food finally showed up COLD and SOGGY! we didn't even eat the food at that point, I usually place a delivery order with them once every two weeks due to kids sports and late nights. This is completely unacceptable, when i order from papa johns, it says 40 minutes and my food is always at my door within 30 minutes, pizza hut says a hour and i have it before that time frame. everytime. this is the third time now the food has been late by a long shot and cold.. I will not be ordering from this place again. I'll save my $50-80 i spend on those orders and get my family meals elsewhere. ontop of all this, the girl that delivered my food ran to my door, in tears apologized for being late and said she got yelled at because shes being slow but she's trying. I gave her another $10 tip on top of my card tip just because she was having a rough day. it's not her fault for having to make excuses for the poor leadership in the store! horrible service, crappy leadership, piss poor customer service and cold food. I normally don't leave bad reviews but this order and experience definitely...

Ordered a pizza at 2:21pm online said it would be 25 mins. I got here a half an hour later and the guy at the counter told me it would be an other 15 mins. Outrageous. I didnt come here to have my time wasted. And not an other customer in the parkinglot with 3 employees 2 of them not wearing hats in the kitchen and wesring what lokks like personal hoodies. Thats a healthcode violation. Oh and now i watched two male employees leave the kitchen and leave the building come back without washing their hands and using utensils and the sauce bottles, and the other went into the back and comes back up front with pizza dough in his bare hands.

Its now been 45 mins and a blonde girl came in from the back door no hat or hair net, wearing a tee shirt and pajama pants and walks over to the ovens and grabs a to go bag, idk if shes a delivery driver or what but thats an other healthcode violation. I will absolutely not be comming back here. Ewww.

Ps: I ran several kitchens for my company when I was younger and i have been to a lot of different styles of management's kitchen and this is the worse, whoever the manager is they need replaced, they obviously can't run a kitchen to standard.

This is a serious risk of cross contamination or food born illnesses, i hope the health inspector looks into this, its not just sloppy its a risk to...
