Update: sat in drive thru for 15 minutes today The line never moved. So I parked my car and went in and everyone at the front counter had their backs to me and no one acknowledged me and I stood there for another five minutes and then I finally called out, âIs anyone working the front counter?â A manager in the grill area said âjust a minute maâam.â I stood there for another good five minutes or more. Then I finally said âcould I just get a refund please?âAnd again he said âjust a minute maâam.â He never came up front and no one ever helped me. I left without my order and without my refund. I waited a few hours until rush-hour (for their benefit) was over before I called back there to tell them I had to leave. I got a different manager on the phone and he was a complete jerk. He said well âI wasnât here when that happened so youâre gonna have to drive all the way back here (and spend my time, my gas, my energy and my money) to talk to the manager that was here.âWhy should I have to go back there?â I said to this manager, I said âyouâre the manager working now and Iâm calling now and any manager can fix the problem please.â He wouldnât do it and he yelled over me when I was trying to talk. He was completely rude. This has not been resolved. I just want my money back. I tried calling the 1-800 numbers and I tried to fill Out a form online, but you canât fill out a form online unless you have the case number. And one of the numbers I called, which was listed for anyone was specifically for employees to make a complaint. It didnât even say that. Then I tried another number and of course it was closed. I want my money back. And I shouldnât be the one doing all this work for it. They failed miserably.
Gave me the wrong change. Wait time for drive thru was way too long. Sandwich luke warm; too expensive for its worth/quality. No napkins either. Hoping for better...
   Read moreDO NOT GO HERE, especially late at night! If you don't have enough staff to handle an average amount of customers, you should not be open 24 hours! My husband arrived at the drive-thru at 1:16 am, and was in line until 2:02am. Multiple people drove off in that time, including ones that already paid. In hindsight, my husband wishes he had too. There was 1 person working the first window taking payments, and only 1 person handling all the orders. After finally getting to the second window, he had to wait even longer for the person to give him all of the items in the order (which was 3 double cheeseburgers, a large fry, and a 10 piece nuggets). It all came out in 3 separate bags, with waiting in between each bag. Most of the time he didn't even know what was going on, as the person kept disappearing for long periods of time. He did witness the other employee seemingly throw up their hands and storm out of the store. After receiving the last bag, when he got home (less than 5 minute drive), the fries were already cold and stale, 2 out of 3 of the burgers were not double cheeseburgers, and the only decent item was the chicken nuggets. We will never go here again. The previous 2 visits were also long waits and wrong orders. We've had enough. Absolutely RIDICULOUS, irritating, and frustrating! WHY is the store open at this time with such an inadequate number of employees, who are either overwhelmed and/or simply don't know how to do their jobs?    Read moreWith a friendly staff and consistently accurate orders, I wish I could give this McDonald's a higher amount of stars; however, I have run into a few issues when the clock strikes midnight. On multiple occasions I have rolled up to the drive through to be told the card reader is 'down' and or 'not working' and they are only accepting cash transactions. I understand technology can be finicky but it feels odd to me that the card reader (quite stable and advanced technology at this point as most of our retail and restaurant economy now depends on it) would conveniently stop working after midnight more than 5 times a month. As a fellow night-shifter I know it's not fun to work the early hours of the morning and sometimes with low staff things can get hectic, but it seems like if the card reader is this much of an issue it would be fixed to avoid the loss of sales, however to no avail I seem to constantly run into this issue and therefore cannot give this establishment the full 5 stars they may otherwise have earned. If you're sitting in the drive through right now cashless, they will still let you order on the app and pay via card that way which has been a nice loophole, albeit a slight but time consuming inconvenience. 3/5 still has good...
