Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Cabot

I did like it, but no longer will go to this location. The food was always good and fresh and seems like it had a better taste and quality food than the other locations in the area. However, you have to be very careful with this location. They will send you these text on your phone like buy one (product) and get the other free or sometimes half off, but they have a very bad habit of not honoring the deals they put out. A while back I was sent a BOGO deal on my phone and they didn't honor it but I paid for my food and went on but call the store shortly after and was just chewed out something awful from the stores manager. Was called a out right liar even after I tried to explain to her it was clear showing both items charged on my receipt. then when I just has enough of her foul mouth and hung up on her she called me right back and started to accuse me again of lying and putting me down. That was the last time I have went to this location and I have friend that has went there after said this location did them the...

Though this Sonic is updated and looks more upscale than other local Sonics, the service and business practices are lacking. After a long wait to have my order taken (this was not due to an amout of customers) the young man taking my order had a difficult time hearing me and after only two attempts to understand me, he simply quit his attempts and serviced another customer. After pressing the button a second time and again waiting for several minutes for service, I became dicouraged that no one was sent to my ordering station to insure that the microphone was working properly or to even take my order in person. This Sonic fell short of all my expectations and I am reminded that appearances can be deceiving. I don't see myself returning...

The better both options in town.

Of the two locations in town, this one is currently the better option. Their service is fast and efficient and their staff is well mannered. They have yet to get my order wrong and the service is always fast even when busy. I prefer this location to the other Sonic in town due primarily to the hot/warm food served quickly by associates that seemingly care. My other experiences with the location in the center of town tend to be less expedient with more errors.
