I dont normally complain about my food or how long it takes however this was a little bit on the ridiculous side. I order we wait over 20 min for the food. Mind you there was o e other couple in the place and they already has their food and there were a 2 couple and their kids in the play ground area who already had their food as well... I didnt order anything out of the ordinary. I had my 9 month old daughter and 3 yr old son. My son wanted nuggets and a burger so I ordered a kids meal with both. And a bacon king for myself. When we finally got the order they forgot the burger in the kids meal I went back to the Counter to let them know it took another 10-15 min to get it and I had to go back up to the counter to remind the chick I was still waiting for it. When I opened my burger it was a double cheese burger I check my recpeit to make sure I had ordered and paid for the bacon king.. I had.. I wasnt going to waste another 10 min waiting for them to fix the order again so I just ate it
The entire place is nasty and dirty as well.. Tables were sticky and not cleaned off. The floors are disgusting and when we went into the play ground area there I highly doubt it's been properly cleaned in ages The amount of dust around the window you could scrap off with a knife and have an entire bowl or more of dust and grime, the ledges had dirt and crumbs all over them as well as the seats

I've gone to this BK several times. Especially when I worked close by. I hate to say it, but it's mediocre even for fast food. I have only once received a hot meal from there. Every other time I've been served lukewarm and sometimes even cold food. If you've ever had cold fast food, it's disgusting.
Tonight was the final straw. I went in and ordered a number 4 (Bacon King) which is a two patty burger with cheese and bacon. They gave me a single patty mess with half of a slice of cheese and a single strip of bacon. It was cold. The fries were old and cold as well. They were old enough that they'd started to feel waxy.
I paid $13 for the wrong burger that was cold with cold fries. Did I go back and get it fixed? No I didn't. I was coming home from a long trip and wanted some food. Even if I had wanted to go back, there was no point. They didn't even give me a receipt. So instead of being able to fill out a survey, I'm left to write my grievances here.
All in all, you'd best go somewhere else. The good does not outweigh the bad here and there is no sign of things changing. Treat yourself to the decent McDonald's or...
Read moreI am disappointed to share my recent experience with Burger King regarding a mobile order. Upon picking up my order, I discovered mold on the bread, which is a clear food safety issue. I immediately contacted the store, and the general manager agreed a full refund was appropriate.
However, when following up through the Burger King app and customer service, I was offered only a partial refund and a coupon, despite requesting a full refund consistent with their own mobile order policies. Burger King Guest Services ultimately declined to escalate or provide the full refund.
While I appreciate the efforts of the in-store manager and some communication from customer service, this experience was frustrating and disappointing given the clear quality concern. I hope Burger King will review their policies and provide better solutions for food safety issues in mobile orders in the future.
