I live a couple blocks from the restaurant. It takes them an hour and a half to make it and get it to me. That alone wouldn't be bad, but imagine waiting all that time and then finding that your pizza was nonchalantly tossed on your porch without so much as a knock on the door. This has happened almost every time I've ordered from them. I've tried to reach out to the restaurant so it could stop happening, but instead, they just deny that it was delivered that way. The women who answered the phone (who claimed to be the owners daughter) apparently had some emotional issues to work out, because she was overly condescending and aggressive as soon as she answered the phone. I wasn't even seeking a refund, I just wanted to let them know it was happening. Next thing I know, the girl was berating me. Definetly telling everyone i know that they should skip this place.
To sum it up:
Awful customer service, sup-par food, and long wait times. Im an advocate for supporting locally owned businesses, but in this case, save your time and money and just go to dominos.
In response to the owner,
I dont want a refund or replacement. I appreciate your attentiveness, but the damage has been done, and it wouldn't seem right to get a refund when I took the pizza. I honestly don't feel comfortable ordering from you guys again. Also, im not Jordan. Hes one of the people that wanted to enjoy the pizza delivered to me, but obviously didnt. You can probably expect a few more bad reviews, as there were several people present who were let down by the cold food and essentially offensive service. I left a second review (under the same name) simply because it was ridiculous to me that you monitor your online reviews more closely and frequently than you monitor your employees. You definetly need to talk to whoever was answering phones around...
Read moreI moved to Cadillac in the fall of 2020. This was our pizza place of choice because they delivered to us. We ate their pizza every Wednesday for months, spending anywhere from $25/$40 a week. At first it was the best. Quality food, service, food got here quickly. No complaints. Starting in January, service plummeted. Food didn’t come ordered correctly, extra sauces paid for didn’t come, on top of orders being wrong or under cooked. Then the delivery time just kept taking longer and longer, passed their recommended delivery time. My last order will be the last time we do business with them. I called my order in, got the same order the same way I usually do and they still messed it up. We use to recommend this place to everyone. Whether they were moving here or visiting, we’d tell them this is the place to go, I mean spending $100-$200 on pizza in a month for a busy single parent of four should show my support of this establishment. But in the last few months they’ve just fallen out with their amazing food and service. I hope they make a come back but for now we will no longer be...
Read morefew years ago, there were so many kids going into the back during school lunches. Now when I go in there, I see pretzels sitting on the trash can. Most expensive local pizza place in town, for mediocre quality food:// most employees have been rude and disrespectful to customers and each other. If the owners are out, who else is servsafe certified? Normally family owned local businesses are fine with the kids and family running around, but when it’s a restaurant, I’m concerned about the safety of the food and equipment being used, Especially when the entrance to the kitchen is completely visible to the public.
Edit- now you’re gaslighting me by calling my account fake?? I’ve never reviewed a place because I’ve never had this bad of service by any place. If it was any better, service or food wise, I would not have reviewed it. But all your replies are gaslighting your customers because you don’t like criticism. Obviously customer service isn’t your specialty or...
