We drove out of our way to find this place, because the reviews on its FB page were so good. It is a drive through. My husband is particular about cappuccinos, as he makes his own at home most days. He ordered a 16 oz. skim capp, and I got a 16 oz. skim vanilla latte. His verdict: excellent. The espresso flavor was better than Starbucks and Biggby, and the foam was on a par with what he makes himself. My verdict: one of the best vanilla lattes I've ever had. The vanilla was almost imperceptible, but adding a packet of raw sugar brought out the flavor, and the foam was dense and delicious. I just went through the drive thru of Cadillac Java next to McDonald’s when driving downstate. I’m from TC but go downstate often to see family. This morning I am embarrassed to say I stopped at McDonald’s as I usually do when passing by and they told me they had no coffee. I left and noticed a car at a building next door and just so happened to notice in the dark that there was another coffee place!!! I not only got AMAZING service but I left with the BEST macchiato that I have ever had as well as a warm and tasty cinnamon roll. Better than any big name coffee place and exceptional prices. I absolutely love coffee. My go-to is always a flat white with a hint of caramel. For those who don’t know, a flat white is just like a latte but a little heavier on the espresso proportion to the milk. I ordered this on a Sunday morning, but what I got was not coffee. I took one sip and all I tasted was hot watered down milk. Maybe with the tiniest taste of caramel, but no espresso. I took off the lid and the color of my “coffee” was white.
