I recently purchased a Geek Bar vape from your store on Sunday evening, just before closing time. Unfortunately, I did not notice the sign that stated I should open and inspect the product before leaving the store, and I am now experiencing an issue with the device.
Geek Bars are known to have occasional manufacturing defects, such as auto-hitting or auto-firing after use. This issue did not manifest itself immediately after purchase, but rather a few hours later on Sunday night. A simple Google search reveals that this is a common problem with Geek Bars.
While I appreciate the importance of store policies, I believe that in this particular case, an exception could be made due to the nature of the product and the common occurrence of this issue. The store was about to close, I did not want to make the employee wait past closing time for this issue to arise.
