I was incredibly frustrated and angry with my experience using this company. I ordered through a school fundraiser, but one item I purchased was back ordered and the company withheld the fundraiser funds. They later denied ever agreeing to the fundraiser — even though it was advertised on their site and we used them the year before.

It took over six months and multiple follow-ups to finally get a refund along with the fundraising money, and that only happened after we threatened to file a consumer complaint. Communication was terrible, and I was never contacted directly about my missing order.

It look us whole 6 months to constantly get to them with the General counsel service/ consumer complaints involved to get our money from the event.
