We came in to buy a new gas grill. We had one in mind before we walked in the door but wanted to look around at their inventory. Kelly asked us if we needed any help. She was very knowledgeable about the different types of grills they had and answered all of our questions with great confidence!

We live on the south end of Cadillac and I tell you you couldn't ask for a better group of people in a hardware store! Everyone there is so sweet, helpful, polite, knowledgeable and actually happy to see you. It beats having to go all the way to the North end fight the big stores and end up walking out without anything and disgusted because it took you 20 minutes to find somebody to tell you that they didn't have what you wanted in the first place.
