Cosechas Food Truck — Restaurant in Caguas

I love this food truck. Let's just starr and say that the service and the hospitality is great and they seem really humble. The food is amazing.

You can taste that is fresh and also it's a unique twist on local Puerto Rican food. O mas bien Comida Criolla. This on itself should be enough to go try it.

But still may I speak of the food. First time I had the corned beef nachos. A little disclaimer, traditionally in P.R. we eat canned corned beef but they went and topped it on some homemade nachos with queso fresco and cilantro. It was so delicious.

Second time I had the Pork Fried Rice wich was unique too and my partner had The House Burger wich was awsome. We also had for an app the Corned Beef Empanadas with Gouda Cheese I think I don't need to write no more...

I found this place by chance. Was driving by Caguas hungry and wondering where to eat. I literally just saw some string lights, a cozy gazebo and a food truck. Hands down the best foodtruck in the Caguas area! Every week there's a different menu full of delicious food, a little bit pricier when compared to other food trucks but thats because Cosechas offers a much more better and elaborated product. Don't miss out on the turnovers and the mamporice....
