I visited this establishment with my elderly grandfather today. We placed our order and waited more than 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches. When I received mine it was incorrect. I stood in-line behind 2 people that orders were incorrect as well. I advise employee that my sandwich was missing all the extra ingredients we paid for. He advised that I needed to show him my ticket which I removed out of my pocket and he says that this was not my ticket. I was lost for words so I sat down. A female employee approached him and ask what happen then starts yelling from the counter for me to come up there, by then I wished not to engage, so she proceeded to yelling at us with a very bad attitude that they were trying to help. My grandfather felt very uncomfortable ana started shaking. The employe was extremely rude unprofessional she completely ruined our experience. We will make sure never to visit this establishment again and advise everyone not to visit unless they was a horrible customer service experience . Grandpa said grandmas sandwiches are better and mine sucked. So food also get no star.

Visité este establecimiento con mi anciano abuelo hoy. Hicimos nuestro pedido y esperamos más de 20 minutos para 2 sándwiches. Cuando recibí el mío era incorrecto. Me paré en la fila detrás de 2 personas que los pedidos también eran incorrectos. Le informo al empleado que a mi sándwich le faltaban todos los ingredientes adicionales que pagamos. Me aconsejó que necesitaba mostrarle mi boleto que saqué de mi bolsillo y el dice que ese no era mi boleto. Me quedé sin palabras, así que me senté. Una empleada se le acercó y le preguntó a él qué pasó, luego comenzó a gritarme desde el mostrador para que subiera allí, para es entonces desee no participar, por lo que procedió a gritarnos con muy mala actitud que estaban tratando de ayudar. Mi abuelo se sintió muy incómodo y empezó a temblar. La empleada fue extremadamente grosero, poco profesional, arruinó por completo nuestra experiencia. Nos aseguraremos de no volver a visitar este establecimiento y recomendaremos a todos que no lo visiten a menos que quieran una experiencia horrible de servicio al cliente. El abuelo dijo que los sándwiches de mi abuelita son mejores y el mío ya saben. Así que la comida tampoco recibe...

I’ve been coming to La Francaise for a few days now. It’s my aunts favorite place for breakfast and the food is always super yummy. I’m not a big ham person (usually disgusted by it- mind you I eat pork) but the omelette sandwich is my favorite breakfast item BY FAR. Portion is filling and it’s all super fresh and yummy. Don’t even get my started on the bread. PHENOMENAL. I will say if you’re coming here don’t be in a rush, lots of locals fill this place up in the mornings and they do take a while to get your order but just know it’s well worth it. They also have almond milk for anyone curious about any other...

I purchased pan sobao, pastelillos, donuts, cinnamon rolls and corn bread. But when we started to eat these treats back at our hotel we found that they were all stale and hard. I was disappointed because I specifically asked if they were fresh and the lady nodded and assured me they were. However, it tasted like it was at least 3 days old. It was just too hard to be fresh. Sadly, we will not be buying anything...
