My parents bought three pieces of furniture from this place. They paid to have the furniture assembled and when they came they didn’t do it right, the drawers did not opened and closed properly and one of the employees broke one of the handles, to which they said they were going to bring it and try to fix the drawers but no one ever answered the calls or called me back. I had to take it to an independent company to get the dresser fixed. Also all of the handles of the cabinet were missing and when we went to the store to complain they said that the time for making a claim expired and that they have to charge me for them. Note that they said that when they would come back to bring the broken piece and to fix the dresser they would also assemble the cabinet. Very disappointing! Worse customer service ever! I do...

At the beginning the service was excellent, but after I paid it was a nightmare. I asked for the delivery and installation services. They will schedule, but I never recieved a confirmation for the service. Then the pandemic came and I understand the situation for to close and make no deliveries nor installation. Then after some time I look at their page and found out they were receiving calls, so I called. They explained to me the situation and I understood. Then I recieved an email for schedule the date and time for pick up, which I never I ask for. I called again and explained my situation and the guy said they will try to solve my situation and they will call me. No body called. I have been sending messages and keep calling and no body is answering. How to do think...

I came here wanting to like this place but didn't. There were only a few okay looking pieces, but the majority of the furniture was unimpressive. It looks like cheap quality and craftsmanship. But most importantly uncomfortable. The prices weren't so bad but unfortunately, this looks like a you get what you pay for situation. I want to be clear I am not looking for fancy or expensive. I shop thrift stores, fb marketplace , capri. Wherever but it has to look like it will last me longer...
