Too expensive and poor service. The service was disappointing. We originally ordered one churrasco and one salmon bento box, but Kiara, the cashier, gave us two churrascos instead. When we pointed out the mistake, she insisted that we had ordered it that way. They eventually corrected the order, but the salmon was undercooked and seemed rushed.

Also, prices have gone up. Bento boxes are now $15.99 and no longer include a drink, even though they used to be cheaper and came with one. Kiara also failed to mention that drinks were no longer included, which felt misleading. Overall, not...

First time dining in Ichiban and it was great! I ordered the bento-box with Salmon. It included brown rice, salad, and king crab sushi. Everything was absolutely delicious!! Sushi sin wasabi, para muchos no es sushi. En mi caso, me dieron wasabi, pero realmente no sabe fresco, parece tener colorante y la textura estaba rara. Debe ser una versión económica de wasabi… Pero le quita la calidad a la comida. Deben considerar eso.
