Metropol Restaurant — Restaurant in Caguas

I was very disappointed. I did not receive a good customer service. My dish was not good. A server offered to give me another plate but never came back with the new dish. We expended almost $200.00. I told to the server almost secretly that my meat was hard and dry. It looked obviously dry and hard. Extremely overcooked. I was offered to get the same meat or another plate. I told the server another plate, not the whole thing, just the meat but never received my meat. I did not complain, did not make noise. I just know something. I will never come back. We were seated quickly and quickly they forgot we were there. After a about 10 to 14 minutes we asked for a waiter/waitress, a few minutes later were got a waitress and we ordered, they were fast bringing our order... Then, the food looked awesome but that was it. The breaded lomillo was tasteless. The mampostiao rice was with no flavor. The red beans and the black beans were also bad. We stayed two hours waiting for food after an hour and a half they came by and said that our food was wrongly made then another 30 minutes past and nothing. This is the worst place that you can go to eat. You will not be able to eat at all I thought Metropol was great, I came for vacation arrived today and I was craving the taste of Metropol The location in Caguas is the worse. Do not go there.
