I went with my parents on Sunday March 5th. around 3:20pm. We take our table and we ordered our cocktails. Me and my mom we order 2 beers by my surprise the waiter served the beers in plastic cups. I told the waitress that I prefer my beer in a bottle. She told me the manager don’t allow her to serve beer in bottles. We are inside the restaurant. By my surprise there other customers with beers in a bottle. I ask the waitress why? And her response was the manager allowed them because those customers are friends of him. Although I really don't like crowded spaces we celebrated my son's 31th birthday and service and employees were amazing super humble,very attentive,just a nice space I really enjoyed myself! At the end my son got sick and these people called the ambulance,worried so much,stood attentive and just really showed empathy even the security guards worried and didn't leave our side I appreciate all they did because it lets me know that this place really care about there customers!
