Captain D's — Restaurant in Cahokia

I went there Monday after work and ordered a 4 piece fish meal w/premium sides which were corn on cob and baked potatoe and a additional 2 pieces of fish when I got home they gave me expired tartar sauce the baked potatoe was rotten and the fish wasn’t completely done I called the same night I got the food the lady I spoke w/said she would put my name dwn for a refund so I went there after work to get my refund because I’m a manager next door to there establishment so when I went there,there was a so called manager there and I say tht because she was completely rude and to some it up she called the cops on me she didn’t want to give me a refund told me she wasn’t calling her GM to approve the refund that I could wait and that there was nothing she could do about the tarter sauce being expired which I knew that was a lie because the health department can flag them for tht but…this happened a hr ago I would not recommend this location to anyone she was so rude and full of it the officers told her to be quiet and escorted her bk in the building I will be calling the HEALTH DEPARTMENT AND CORPORATE !!!still didn’t receive...

When I walked in the door the lady walked up to the cash register as if she was going to take my order, her cell phone rang and she walked away in the middle of me telling her what I wanted and answered her phone. once I finally placed my order I waited 30 minutes for one meal and there was only 1 other customer in the restaurant and no 1 in the drive-through I saw my food sit on the counter for at least 15 minutes While the cashier went and got ice Talked on her phone and went and got cups When I asked her if that was my food sitting on the counter she looked at me and told me to give her a minute she'll get it to me and just a second my food was lukewarm, just a terrible experience all the way I ordered the grilled white fish meal and my rice was so hard it appeared to be uncooked and literally felt like I chipped my tooth trying to bite into into it I tried calling the restaurant and of course no answer per usual I live 10 miles away and couldn't turn around for uncooked rice So I ended up throwing it out. I will never ever go back to that...

I placed an order online around noon for pick up at 5:15. I arrived on time and was told that they didn't get my order ready until I got there so I needed to pull around front. As I sat and waited two cars parked behind me and both got their food delivered and left. Two other cars went through the drive through and left. After 25 minutes I tried to call to ask where my food was. They would not answer the phone. I went inside and they were finally finishing bagging the food. I drove about a mile and put the food on the table. Sadly, after all that wait, the food wasn't hot. I don't know why a pickup time is asked for online if the food won't be ready at that time. Very disappointed and upset. UPDATE: i SENT THE INFORMATION THE OWNER REQUESTED AND HAVE NOT HEARD...
