I refuse to use the Cahokia restaurant Ever again! This wasn't just bad customer service, it was disrespectful, not 1,2,3,4,or even the 5th time could I get a hello, please, thank you, or anything besides the total, I won't do a 6th visit. Same girl working each time. Only words we ever heard was the order total, until that 5th visit. The amount changed at the window. SO we handed her updated amount, SHOULDVE RECEIVED $7 exactly back, yet she handed a 2$ and odd change. She immediately shut the window, and walked away, so we honked, as we were then short almost $5..... She opened window and said, yea... Guy explained it wasn't correct change, she slammed the window, did something while looking at receipt n slamming her register, opened window again and said. Your total is what I said it was.
He replied, Well, which time?? Cause there's been two, and your saying second wasn't right.
We are still waiting on a large order, and she slams the window again, gets a calculator, and works something out.. opens it again to us, but to say, No, you're wrong, I gave you the right amount back,
and her manager backed up her inexcusable behavior, after I asked for him and she told me, she had no manager!!! All over a simple mistake she made 3 times in a row with the total, yet rolled her eyes and asked why we weren't giving her the right amount?? So please no, you all at least have great customer service, and fresh food!
Update, I had to go back, the last experience was great and had great customer service, maybe the difference is the night crew, nit sure, but most recent visit was...
Read moreI was really displeased by the poor management at this location. The cashier was making the customers stop before they could get to the window. Im assuming to keep their customer wait times down. Basically cheating the system. I stopped for a second then was like no their management needs to get their employees on track according to standard. When I pulled ahead anyways the cashier was doing something on her cell phone and looked up with an annoyed expression. I watched as the vehicle before me backed up into the online order lane and this cashier just moved so slowly to see what they needed. She took care of them and called back asking about my order. Im assuming it was not ready. She came to the register and took another order before bagging my food. I had to remind her she hadnt given me my drinks. Truth is she hadnt even made them. So she slowly walks to go make my drinks with her phone in her hand. Hands me my two drinks and shuts the window. I had to get her attention again for my straws.
