I went to pick up a burger the other night and was treated with disrespect. I and the woman in front of me had been waiting in line for somebody to take our orders. We waited for quite some time as the staff was helping people at the drive-thru while ignoring the front counter. The lady in front of me yelled twice to try to get their attention to no avail. I then got loud in order for tjem to her me. As a classically trained opera singer I had a bigger voice than the woman in front of me and they definitely heard me. A woman behind the counter yelled she would be with us in a minute. We had already waited 4 or 5 minutes in which we were not greeted or acknowledged and the line was getting longer. I would feel sorry for what seemed to be an under staffed crew but their rudeness in response to us did not help the situation. I write this because it has occurred that I had had a bad experience in this location years before and had been avoiding going there since. This was only the 2nd time I had been in years. It will now be even more years before I return to this location. I can't abide by their lack of respect to...
Read moreI ordered from the kiosk and requested light salt on my Big Mac and fries. I'm not particularly watching my diet or sodium intake; I just wanted a hamburger. However, the Big Mac was overly salty. If you look at the patties, you can see the salt crystals, which suggests it was intentionally over-salted—definitely not what I asked for. Read moreI just don't understand why fast food operations can't get the safety thing right during the cvovid crisis.the manager who was handing me my food and pouring my drink at the drive-thru was not wearing gloves. I tried to explain to her that she did not need to be preparing my food in order to transmit virus from surface-to-surface into customers by not wearing gloves should she be infected. The company is not making managers wear gloves Because they are not food handlers. But they're touching everything in the kitchen! Why is it so hard for people to understand? Do you really want to drop the ball on this one McDonald's? You're going to make or lose customers at a time like this. Come on. Don't be stupid.your company shows what is important to them by the behaviors they choose in the choices they make. I don't feel important....
