Redemption. I visited sharkys last month and didn't have a good experience. I put a review and to my surprise i ended speaking with one of the owners. I'm not the type to give establishments second chances yet when one of the owners reaches out to apologize then I decided to give it a go. I walked in today and was greeted with a smile. I placed my order and had a seat. My food was brought out to me and the clerk even took time to double check my order. I came back and began to try it... I feel as if the owner actually listened. Food was on point, employees were nice, even before they knew I was there for the 2nd chance. I applaud this company for acknowledging when someone has a bad experience and offers to make it right. Had an amazing meal and amazing service at this particalular Sharky's ..besides the delicious food, was the over the top customer service !!! I had my 15 month old gradson trying to juggle ordering his meal, holding him, getting my card out to pay...the most welcoming person Fabiola, what an incredible employee to have! with a great attitude and smile helped me with choices and made a wonderful suggestion of salmon for my grandon...ran my card for me through all of it with such kindness! she had another server; JP help me get situated , get the high chair, after he wiped and sanitize it...Roxanna absoluty completed this amazing team...Sharky's is lucky to have staff who treat his business as if it were their own...we will be back and will tell our friends to...

Overall I love Sharkys! Being that in Calabasas there are not many places with a vegan menu Sharky's makes it easy with several options. Quick and great meal for the times I'm on the go. Marco and Fabiola are amazing employees, be sure to keep them!
Lastly being vegan for some is just a plant based diet to me and my family it is our beliefs and part of our faith and yesterday when I asked if the Mexican rice was vegan an employee by the name of Pedro laughed thinking I wasn't looking and made gestures as if he did not care.
Pedro get a new job you aren't meant to serve in customer service, my 4 year old nephew would have been able to respond more professionally than what you did.
