Read moreWhen I walked into Little Caesars it was about 3:30. There were 6 people in the front and none of them greeted me when I came in. In fact, I waited a few minutes before anyone greeted me. After finally taking my order, 2 cheese, 1 pepperoni and 1 ICB, I was told it would be 6 minutes because it wasn't ready. No problem, I am used to waiting for pizza at that particular restaurant. While waiting on my pizza, the managers were in front having their own conversation. That didn't bother me because I had seen other employees making my pizza. What did bother me is as I was standing waiting on my pizza, another employee walked through the door making the loudest screech right in my ear to signal they had arrived. The manager apologized to me, but no sooner did that happen, an ex-employee walked through the door doing the same thing in my ear. That was followed by the same ex-employee walking behind the counter hugging everyone. I was cc'd really annoyed by the lack of respect these employees had with a customer in the lobby. My food finally came 20 minutes later. I was happy that it was hot and tasted great. I will not come back to this establishment, I will gladly drive to Alabaster before...

After disappearing he came back and told me that coupons could only be used on the app. I asked how do I input the coupon since there was no code or any thing. He said you just gotta download the app. I already have the app and I was pretty sure there is no way to use that free pizza coupon with it, but I said, okay and was going to see if I was wrong. I wasn't. I tried to go into the store and show the manager the coupon and the app and ask how to use it. The front door was locked, however. My wife was hungry and we still had to pick up child from the High School, so we just placed an order and gave up on the free pizza. Like i said, the food was really good when we got it, but the...
