Creations Galore and Moore — Restaurant in Calera

Due to fb post decided to stop by after visiting the American Village with my son and since they were just 15 min away. When we arrived I thought they were closed due to not seeing open sign. Thankfully I had my son check to see if open because they are definitely worth trying. Customer services was awesome. She was very patience with my son and me as we decided what to get. My son got a milkshake which I forgot to take picture of and I got a toffee cupcake. When I say the cupcake was sooo moist and finger licking good. I submitted my order. The website states you will hear back by Tuesday of the following week. I never got a response I called several times in which I was hung up on several times before I spoke to a employee. I was told they dont have a supervisor or manager I could speak with about the order I had placed. This is very unprofessional. I called back 3 days later to only have the same issues occur. Guess I will go somewhere my business is wanted. I would not recommend this business.

I wish I could give 10 stars! Upon walking we were greeted by the owner! (I was hugged🥰) So much warmness and southern hospitality in this place. We ordered the chicken salad plate on croissant! Superior! Savory with every bite! That plate comes with a pasta salad, pickle, chips and a delicious big cookie! We also took home some signature cupcakes!!!
