We stumbled upon El Taco Truck on our way to Birmingham. So glad we stopped by. The menu is simplistic with a wide variety of meats. The restaurant also serves fried plantains, churros, and street corn in a cup. I opted for two chicken & one tripe taco. Very flavorful and fresh. Served with a grilled Serrano pepper! 🔥 My husband ordered the BBQ Beef burrito. It was packed with flavor, stuffed, and fresh. We will definitely stop by again.

The absolute worse! When I called to find out the location at 8:03 pm, the person obviously didn't understand English well and hung up on me. The lady taking the order wasn't pleasant. The $12 quesadilla only included a scoop of lettuce & tomatoes...no chips & salsa. It honestly wasn't worth the price! The chicken still had bones in...
