My wife and I are regulars here at this location, but for the past couple of months, things have started to decline. One time my sub didn’t get toasted and every bite the bread was falling apart because it was so soggy. Today, I ordered 2 subs and the meat portions were so small it barely covered the bread. I ordered jalepenos and onions on one of the subs, which was basically non existent along with extra chipotle sauce, however I could barely see any on my sub. I had to add at home to make it taste like what I usually order. My wife ordered a titan turkey which only had a little bit of turkey, nothing like what is advertised. Read morePoor service. Store was closing early due to the night person calling off. Went in store 15 minutes before they closed. The person preparing my sandwiches had no clue on which meat was what. I asked for ham, and she grabbed the roast beef. Also, I have the subway app on my phone, but no one including the manager knew why I didn't get my points when I scanned my card. They did not care either. The person who rang me out said well I don't know why, and just walked off. I asked for the manager, and asked do you at least have the number I can call to have my points added, and she didn't. All she could say was we just got the app here.
