i went to sonic around 7 last night and got a large chili cheese tot and a medium chili cheese tot 2 large drinks and two number 3's when we got our order both burgers were made wrong mine 3 times it was suppose to be plain add bbq sauce on texas toast since they were out of regular buns and the other one was suppose to be normal but with brioche buns again cause they were out of buns the 1st time mine wasnt on texas toast they put it on brioche and the other one didnt have anything on it but pickles so i asked them to fix it and gave them my receipt to see how the burgers were made the 2nd time mine had no bacon and a single burger the other one had just one burger as well so i paged them again and said hey my order is still wrong so they came out there got the burgers again fixed them but left off the bbq sauce on my burger at that point i just said its not worth it and left needless to say i ended up not even eating my burger cause of how...

Today, here I am, at stall 13 trying to get my order right. The first time I called in, I was told someone would come out and get my receipt. I waited and waited. No one came out. So, I called back again and they acted like they were clueless as to what the problem was. Being frustrated, I asked for the manager after speaking to Lauren.
