Taco Casa — Restaurant in Calera

It's Friday night we head to Taco Casa to dine in ordered 2 super tacos and 2 chili burgers large root beer. I should of known better but didn't think at the moment I hand him a $100.00 Bill n he looks confused a little. And tells me he can't break it. But I'm buying food. He still goes about the next customer i walk away Notice the lobby is kinda full drive threw is busy. So ok whatever go to gas station was gonna buy a key chain n same issue there tooo....omg

Go to sonic. Shout out to the car hops!!!! They let me get change. By then 25 mins had passed by. Went back to start at #1. I let them know hey I'm back from getting change. !!!! They then hand me my food as I was getting my change from the young boy running the cash register. I thought oh no they didn't just have my food sitting there 30 mins n still just hand us our food. And the older lady still has the nerve to ask the guy did u charge her for her drink I then was bout to pop off. Deep breathe went to open my food knowing I should say something but I went to let them know the situation. Thinking ok maybe he will do the right thing. Nope....he let say what I had to say and let it go out his ear n charged me again for some fresh tacos....

Honestly we usually eat here a lot. And we always get 6 bean burritos and 6 crunchy tacos. Well the last time the guy at the drive through must have hit the wrong button. Cause I got 6 meat burritos, which are terrible. But odd thing is he read back my order over the loud speaker and at the papy window. Both times he said BEANS. But get home and it's meat. The receipt even says meat. Meat burrito is double the price and half the taste. My wife thought it was kids working on the inside pulling a prank. They constantly forget items we order, so I did count everything before we left never opened a burrito to make sure until I got home. I will not be back. Literally threw half the $61 order away cause the meat burrito wasnt good. My kids or dogs would eat them... I'm tired of these teenagers without appropriate training serving food. This is a franchise and I'm sure the owners, own several locations. But they obviously don't care about having people do there job correctly.

Side note this is some of the most expensive Mexican food in the Durant area. If you don't believe me go eat at one of the set down restaurants in town. Promise you will spend less for better service...

EDITED 5/26/2022 ---IMPORTANT ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAG TO MAKE SURE YOURE ACTUALLY GETTING WHAT YOU ORDER--*- UNFORTUNATELY, I will not be changing the rating at this time. Calera Oklahoma: Drive thru. Wait was ok since they were busy. Was not greeted at the intercom until I said Hello. Asked the gentleman for extra sauce. We had ordered 4 combo burritos: 2 with sauce and 2 without, 2 soft tacos with out lettuce and a sweet tea. We ended up without the sweet tea. Didn't notice until we left and were almoet halfway home. Easy mistake. Asked for extra sauce. We got 4 (four) packets for 6 food items. Called them and I decided to go back. Went back for the tea and more sauce.

Did NOT think to check the bag. Got back home to Texas. Ended up with 6 hard tacos no cheese or lettuce, 2 bean burritos with sauce, and a chilada.

Im so upset!! I'm thinkin this may be the last time we go to there.

It's worth driving the extra 5 miles to Whitesboro. They're open Sundays and know the meaning of extra sauce.

9 months ago: Sherman Tx. The last two times I went there were no employees per the person on the intercom. That employee, however was very nice in...
