Ate here for the first time, was really craving a good pork bbq sandwich. Some friends recommended this place. So the parking lot is decently big, the lobby and dining area is well cleaned. We ordered one mozzarella sticks for appetizer. Then for our food was: 2 bbq sandwiches one regular and one large, order of fries, and 1/2 rack of ribs. Mozzarella sticks look like they are homemade. No flavor to it. But the cheese pull was pretty thick. Reminds me of Arby’s mozzarella sticks. The fries were cold and hard. Reminds me of McDonald’s fries. The bbq pork sandwiches were decent. The pork has no flavor. But they did a really good job cooking it. It was so tender and very juicy. Same for the ribs. No flavor but well cooked fell right off the bone. Even with sauce, still not good flavor. Our waiter was nice, came and refill our drinks a lot. And we didn’t have to wait long for our food. If you want decent bbq this is the place. But it isn’t the bbq that I am used. Probably could use some type of seasoning when cooking cause it’s bland. But they do know how to get it juicy which is awesome. We most likely won’t be returning. Just to respond to JT and owner I was other person involved in the stop at the door in front of everyone and say let’s go back and look at you bill . After we got to the podium owner said we had wrong ticket but you may have paid too much . She started totaling out ticket and said here is correct amount and circled it and starting tapping it . $77.83 Then said never mind it only about $5 dollars merry Christmas. So we headed out door . When I got to car I said no so I turned around and went back in and she was totaling more tickets and dropped one and I picked it up and said here is $5 more dollars hope that’s good and walked away . Went to Buc-ees to try their BBQ but it was packed, so found this little place on line and decided to give it a try! Thank goodness we did not eat at Buc-ee's because this place did not disappoint! My husband had the BBQ Sundae, which he stated was one of the best BBQ contraptions he had! Daughter had the BBQ pork sandwich; pork overflowing! I had the BBQ potato...it was amazing and I could only eat half! We had the original and sweet sauces! They were full of flavor! Looking forward to returning! The only complaint...put up a sign for out of area guests!!! I know locals know where to find you, but for us out-of-towners, we need help finding you! We drove by twice before we found you!
