I mistakingly placed an order for a pizza based on erroneous info from Google. I immediately realized the mistake, and called back to cancel the order. This was within a minute or two of placing the order. The young man who answered the phone assured me he would cancel my order, although he seemed pretty unsure of what he was doing. Of course, I ended up being charged for the pizza. When I realized that, I called and requested a Manager. I’m confident the young man answering the phone was the same from the night before. He told he there was no Manager there, and he had no idea when or if a Manager would be in. So now I will have to go through the hassle of disputing the charge through me credit card company. Three out of like seven arcade games stole my money, the service was rude from staff and bartender. Literally had to ask for my money back in an awkward way because the bartender kept it assuming it was her tip. Id prefer to have a tab and tip at the end instead of 3 extra dollars each beer. It was all drunk people in their fifties hitting on me. Floors were sticky and so was table. The worst tho was just the staff. They acted rude and over it so I left and didn't tip the bartender. Read morePizza was great. We asked the staff for the WiFi password. The first guy I asked just said "no clue" and walked away. The next person said "ask the bar." The bar tender just shrugged at me. The coin machine in the arcade doesn't work. There's no out of service sign so we thought we might be using it wrong. Asked for help and were told to unplug it and plug it back in. As we were leaving I heard another patron ask where the remote to the TV was. I was looking at it sitting next to the straws. The staff member just shrugged and said she didn't know. I handed the remote to the man.
Ownership needs to train better and probably needs to pay better because their employees are obviously not paid...
