Let's talk about Customer service. I have been doing reviews for a while now and it takes a lot to make me mad and trust that this human isn't fit to work with the Public. There was a Hateful wench working the cash register when I was with my boyfriend and to pay on his account and keep in mind he is hard hearing and I repeated an answer and she quickly informed me she was talking to him not me. Well I believe she was nasty and rude and if she don't like working at this place then she needs to be placed in back office or fired for she is bad for Business especially with the frown and nasty looks she gives. Can't say enough good things about the guys at Corner. I've been to every gun/pawn shop in Chattanooga and North Georgia and this is the only store that genuinely wants to help you. I ordered my first suppressor with them and they walked me step by step through the entire process. It's rare to find a gun shop with people with personalities that WANT to sell you something and not just say act like you're a burden when you walk in. They also have hundreds of guns in stock, from $200 pistols to $10,000 LMG style weapons. Grateful I found this spot, i'll never spend another dime at any other store. Selection is amazing, prices are more than fair staff was more than friendly. Now to why I rated them a 3 instead of a 5. My son and I went in to look for his first rifle. We stood at the counter for a while, and hardly anyone else in the store never asked if we needed help or will be right with you, etc. Seeing getting help wasn't going to happen, I went on to find some ammo and just look around. Went to check out and was hit with there's a 10% charge for using a card. I can understand a 3-4% charge to cover what they'll get charged, but 10%!? Not saying I'll never be back but they will definitely be at the bottom...
