Service here is absolutely horrible. After ordering from the kiosk, it took my phone number to text me when my order is ready. Several people are outside waiting for a text that their order is ready. While waiting, I realize the staff doesn't even make the order until you stand in some group around where they're putting the order together, and when you're lucky to get someone's attention and tell them your order number, then they look up what you ordered and make it. All those people standing around waiting for their a text for their order that's never going to be made!
The best part is, I order grilled chicken sandwich. When I finally get someone to start my order, they're half way through making it only to tell me they're all out of the chicken sandwich! They tell me I can have anything else on the menu, so I tell them, "give me the pulled pork sandwich." They also happen to have just emptied the meat container, so they go to the back to get another batch. It takes several minutes for someone to bring a container out, only to realize the container is too big to put into the slots where they're making the meals! They all stand there dumb-founded and don't know what to do! I finally tell them, I don't care what the meat is, give me a pulled something sandwich just so I can get out of there with something to eat after already having paid.
And don't get me started on how long the line is just to get drinks filled. That's a whole other line....

Read moreThe facility is clean but the operations are in serious need of an overhaul. Out of the five staff members I saw there Eileen was the only one working hard.
No one was taking the lead and paying attention when warmed up food was running out. Cooking more turkey legs was delayed by 50 minutes, they ran out of and had to heat up more pretzels, and no one told the guests who have already been waiting in line for 90 minutes than anything was out. So the guest was disappointed and found that they were out of food when he got up to the counter.
They were permanently out of several food items but no one updated the menus so guess still had expectations at that food was available.
Clearly good customer service and efficient operations not a priority. Waiting in line at rides is understandable but waiting in line for food when it's not necessary is frustrating.

Read moreThis is the most unorganized and unproductive operation in the entire park! It’s not the employees fault they are left to their own devices. Zero direction , leadership or support the employees were left on the front lines to face the angry mob of 45 -50 hungry customers while 4-5 other employees huddled up in a back corner (not cooking, not cleaning … not doing anything!) while 2 employees work on making ONE PLATE TOGETHER:(
