Difficult website, but really good food! This was my first online order and I found the website very unfriendly and difficult to use. Yes, I got through it but I'm an IT professional. I suspect many would give up before completing an order. My order was almost ready when I arrived at the requested pick-up time. There were a lot of staff just hanging around in the restaurant with seemingly nothing to do and not much initiative. It was 5p so maybe they were getting ready for the dinner rush. The interaction at the register was interesting as there was obviously some animosity between the young lady who helped me and another young lady standing at the register who refused a request to help with my order. However, the food was very good. We had chicken fajitas(4.5), chicken enchiladas(4) with green sauce, and cheese enchiladas(4*) with a red sauce. I'm fairly particular about chicken fajitas and I would rate theirs a 4.5 out of 5. The flour tortillas were small and a bit dry but still tasty. Bottom line I will consider them in the future when I have a hankering for some good...
Read moreOkay, I gave it a couple of tries before writing a review. The restaurant itself is nice, I enjoy the use of space; clean, open, good light and comfortable seating. The food is definitely acceptable. Today we ordered a couple of Modelos and some Nachos (with the meat on the side). For our main course my Husband ordered a carnitas torta and I ordered cheese enchiladas. We had planned on enjoying our beverages and appetizer at a leisurely pace but everything came out at once. When we visit restaurants we like to enjoy ourselves, take our time and savor each course. I should have disclosed that I am a vegetarian, since to my surprise I noted bacon in the beans that I was served. Our waiter was kind enough replace them with refried beans. At the end of our meal we were presented with our bill and failed to notice that the advertised Tuesday senior discount wasn’t applied. (And we’re clearly seniors 😂) Anyway, we will give Ay Caramba one more shot sometime...
Read moreAfter the Little League Championship baseball game, we chose to dine at this restaurant in support of one of the team’s sponsors—and we’re so glad we did! Our waitress was incredibly friendly and took the time to walk us through the menu, which we really appreciated.
The homemade chips and trio of salsas were absolutely delicious and set the tone for the meal. Each of us ordered something different, and we were genuinely impressed by how flavorful and well-prepared every dish was (yes, we all shared!).
To top it off, we ordered churros for dessert. Even my son, who is extremely picky, devoured his with a smile. The presentation was a fun surprise—they were served in a charming cart with two dipping sauces. It was the perfect ending to a wonderful meal. We will definitely be dining here more often, and I would highly recommend this restaurant to all of my aunts -- who are excellent cooks of...
