Starbucks — Restaurant in California

Just left there. While starbucks inside of Safeway is convenient the guy working there this moment 4-20-2025 8:30 am was just so rude to me! I placed my order for venti drinks since I was using my free stars. He gives me grande, he has barely spoken two words the entire time. I explain that Im pretty sure I said venti because I'm using my free stars and just in case it's my mistake, I apologize profusely-TWICE! He doesn't speak, grabs the drinks, steams the milk slamming his utensils as he goes, and changes the cups. Now I have 2 venti watered down steam milks instead of white mocha and his attitude has completely brought me down even though I apologized twice. What happened to service with a smile. What happened to customer service, we all make mistakes, people need to learn to smile through it, It's called being in customer service!! Limited menu due to it being a very, very small Starbucks. I never understood why they have such tiny ones when it severely limits their options, especially since there's a full blown Starbucks not far away from this one. Just doesnt make sense.

The service here is also atrocious. If you ask for water in your own cup, they recoil from you like you're a diseased wretch. They immediately flee to grab gloves and a cup to put your cup in like you're infected with some horrific virus. If these workers are thst germaphobic, they should not be out in public and working public service jobs. They need to be fired. This sort is cowardice is intolerable...

I go to Starbucks up and down the State. As much as I order drinks accidents with the order are going to happen.
