Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in California

Please beware when ordering cakes from this specific Baskin Robbins. We ordered a cake 2 weeks in advance and paid it in full only for the cake to not be made. The store didn't even bother to notify us that the cake would not be ready because they forgot to make the order. Apparently the cakes from this Baskin Robbins store are made at a Baskin Robbins store in West Covina. Our pick up time was at 5 pm. We arrived to pick up the cake only to be told that the cake was not done. At this time of the day there's nothing we could do to order another custom made cake. The store manager still had the audacity to tell us "you can go to Baskin Robbins in West Covina to see if they can still make it". Like really?!? It was already way too late to do that. Life happens sometimes but at least if we would have been notified early morning that it wasn't made, it would have been ok. We were able to get a refund and that's it. Both the store manager and regional manager tried to make it up by giving us some free donuts and ice cream. That didn't come close to justifying what occurred at all. Overall the situation was handled very poorly. Never visiting this Baskin...

I went in today(11/23/20) and was accused of harassing a employe the previous day. I was told they have video of me there yesterday doing this. I never went in the store yesterday I called in asking a question about a cake and there was no harassment over the phone either. I requested to see the video and was denied. This is one of the most awfully experiences I have ever had in a business. Being told to your face by a straight out liar who claims to be the manager and general manager as well is plain wrong. I will be following up with corporate customer service regarding this issue to place a compliant. Because I would like to see that video...

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS! They have a bunch of kids working here who can't even be bothered to remember what ice cream was ordered not to mention that their customer service knowledge is non existent. Not sure who runs this location but they should take a look at how their young staff can't even take a simple ice cream order and they treat all their customers like garbage. You let little kids run your business like that and you'll be closed...
