UPDATE* 9/14/25 Never have I ever been lied to before, currently waiting to hear back from Bradley after being told that we would have a free 2nd month and still have half a bill on the third month. I was charged a one time activation fee twice which I had call numerous times until I got a firm understanding of both bills from the day I got the phones to now (the 2nd month) and was still being charged and after calling and speaking with Bradley he had now tried gaslighting me saying that he never said that it was guaranteed credit for the 2nd month (free month) yet both me and my partner heard the same thing and went over how it worked numerous times and never has he ever mentioned to say that it was not guaranteed because if that was the case we would have never bought the phones. Not only that I was also lied to about the about of how much my monthly bill would be. We were told we would pay around $260 a month but no more than $290 and after speaking with the Verizon 611 reps I come to find out my bill is actually $480 a month. So of course I will be upset if you’re going to gaslight me so Bradley telling me that I shouldn’t be upset after being gaslight was irritating and upsetting to the point where I had started shaking due to how angry and upset I was and was hoping to hear back the same day (9/13/25) but will hear back hopefully by tomorrow (9/15/25) as Bradley stated. Bradley never gave me a receipt or a bill break down of everything I had paid for that day and I thought I could have so much trust with a big major company especially seeing how the company is advertising amazing customer service and professional and amazing deals yet at this moment that I am aware of I was taken advantage of and scammed so until Bradley makes this right and provides all the documentation as requested over our phone call my review will be a one star as I can’t give a 0 star rating. I’ve never had issues with T-Mobile or had my phone service turned off due to an outage. Even when I called to find out why my phone service was off Bradley answered and quickly tried to shut my questions down and did not give me a chance to speak which is surprising if that’s how Verizon Manager or up and coming mangers represent the company because T-Mobile has never done that. If I do not hear back by Monday I will be looking into canceling my services and will be filing a compliant during my follow up call from the Verizon Corporate office this...
Read morePurchased and paid for phone online and was to pick up from store. Despite receiving message phone was ready for pick up, the sales associate John would not release phone to me, stating that money was still owed. Contacted customer service while in store who confirmed that phone was paid for and nothing due. Even showed receipt that it was paid in full. However John stated that $77 needed to be paid otherwise his register would be short. When asked to speak to manager, John was unprofessional and no manager available. The lack of professionalism and willingness to resolve the issue was so disappointing. Ended up paying just to get phone and Verizon was to refund for the overpayment, but it has been close to 3 weeks and they have not credited the overpayment. I've called 4 times for updates and Verizon just tells me that the refund is on the way. Seriously considering ending my service with them. Customer service is terrible. In store associates are unprofessional and rude. Would not recommend anyone to...
Read moreI do not usually leave reviews but we had a great experience at this store. We were planning to leave Verizon to save money and went to this store for information only. We ended up keeping Verizon and taking advantage of the current promotions. Ray was the representative who helped us and we are now saving over $100 monthly. We now have Verizon home internet for half of what we paid with our prior provider and are saving on our cell service with the bundle deals. I have also reached out to Ray for help with trade in offers and questions about my bill. He has been...
