Jack in the Box — Restaurant in California

I would leave no stars but I just have to leave a review I've came to this establishment many times so many homeless people people standing right outside selling drugs they allow homeless people to do drugs in the restrooms yet when in today and as an employee past me while I was waiting to use the restroom he went right in and use the restroom didn't even let me know that you need it to purchase something to use the restroom meanwhile there was a bum in the other restroom smoking. I called to speak to the manager sounded like she was extremely uneducated I asked her why wasn't there any signs posted that you needed to purchase something to use the restroom and why didn't the employee let me know he obviously saw me waiting to use the restroom her response was it's a private establishment they don't have public restrooms when I asked her why was it not posted she couldn't really explain herself instead she said she had a really busy line and hung up on me real professional Jack in the Box!!! On a good note they cater to every single crackhead in El Monte. But let me tell you something my dear by law you need to have...

I asked for the 599 jack combo the end up charging me almost $12 for another jack combo. My french fries were cold and disgusting. The jack combo had mayonnaise and tomato on it which I’m allergic to and the top of all that after spinning over $14, they didn’t even give me a napkin to wipe my face.. What a pathetic establishment because I looked at the receipt and I told him I ordered the 599 combo he said no you didn’t And just gave me my food. This is the last time that I ever eat at any Jack-in-the-Box again absolutely pathetic, and a waste of my money. Horrible service, horrible customer service, and a bad attitude from the guy that took my order. The only thing edible that I got from this establishment was the order of tacos, which was surprisingly fresh and hot. If you’re thinking about going to Jack-in-the-Box, don’t go they are pathetic. Excuse for human beings and the owner that hired them or the manager is also pathetic… If you like getting your order wrong being ripped off, then I strongly recommend to visit this...

Was on the mood for some mini tacos and sent my husband. He went through drive-thru and ordered a small #1 (sourdough jack) which was sold to upgrade for a $1 more to a large. My mini tacos and some jalapeño poppers. My husband asked for the options for the mini tacos and he picked the 20. No reciept was given. My husband asked and the girl said that it was messed up and she was going to be able to give one. So my husband gets home and since I was on the phone with him during the order I was asking my husband where are the rest of my tacos since he ordered 20. He had no reciept to check what was ordered to what was in the bag. I only got 10. He called and was given the lamest excuse. They said they only serve 15. That the tacos only come portioned in bags of 15. So then why did the girl allow my husband to order 20 and not correct him to the count and why did I get 10 instead of 15. This Jack in the Box has gone from bad to the worst. Not going...
