
I appreciate your reply, but I need to clarify some details. During my visit, the barbers themselves mentioned that most of their appointments had been canceled that day, so availability wasn’t the issue. It felt like no one wanted to take a walk-in, which is understandable if you’re short-staffed or prefer appointments. However, when one barber finally decided to take me, he delivered what I can only describe as the worst haircut I’ve ever received.
The picture I showed him and the result I got were completely different, almost as if he ignored it intentionally. His rushed and careless approach made me feel like he wanted to mess up my hair on purpose. The lack of communication, rough handling, and half-hearted effort made the entire experience incredibly frustrating. I even considered asking him to buzz my hair off entirely because of how bad the cut was.
I’m sharing this feedback so you can address this internally and hopefully avoid this happening to someone else. I would strongly suggest reevaluating how walk-ins are handled if your team isn’t prepared to provide...
