I went in for a smoothie picked out one of their pre-made types and wanted to change a type of fruit ,strawberries for bananas and was told that they had to charge me for a modification. I said what happens to the bananas that you're not putting in there? he says well I can put it in there........ I said well you can either make some money or no money right now what would you like to do? Long story short, He decided to go with making no money so I won't be bringing any more back....... I have been a number of other smoothie places and they have no problems making reasonable modifications ie: one fruit for another fruit is reasonable. So I'll just travel to...

I liked the couple drinks ive gotten at this establishment, i wanted to keep coming here but was turned off by the “hidden fees”

Theres a blanket ¢.50 for every credit card fee.

(For every paying customer…? Really? Rates vary per card, and even their largest drink would only constitute a card fee of .34 cents with a generous.035% processing charge.)

There’s a also a non advertised ¢.75 ice fee.

(Which businesses cant do per SB 478) Its fine if you want to charge, but advertise it.

This was my second time coming in, second time with cash 😂 and i got charged more.

Horrible. The staff (an Indian lady) just staring at her phone ignoring customers. I waited, waited and waited and she kept on her phone. She was seated on a chair careless and unbothered of who entered the store. I was a few steps away from the staff watching this nonsense. She was too busy on her cell phone. I left the shop without buying anything. I am never coming back. I am destroying the multiple loyalty cards. I am no longer a recurring customer (this place is going downhill).
