Bruegger's Bagels — Restaurant in California

This was my first time ordering from here and let me tell you just WOW! I ordered the Sriracha Honey Sunrise and I added Avocado, Ham and Sun Dried Tomato spread in addition. I also got egg whites instead for my order. I got a lil hash brown on the side. The bagel was super delicious will definitely order it again but with easy sriracha honey cream cheese spread next time. It's not spicy it's like sweet with a tiny kick. I did not like the hash brown not what I expected it's super soft and I just did not like the taste. Will order the hash brown again? Maybe but this time really crispy just to see if there's a difference in texture and taste. Will definitely come back again and try...

This is sad to say but this used to be our go-to bagel place bc we like it being close to home and also to support Ladera but after so many failed visits after the years we gave up.

Ice cold cement cream cheese as if it was just taken out of the freezer, and lack of consistency with the food has left us going elsewhere. The bagels sometimes are fully seasoned, other times nothing on them… toasted sometimes, burnt others, heaps of cream cheese, other times they seemingly forget to put any one.

The ladies that work there are amazing however. Just a shame that it’s gone so downhill in the last years. I suspect a change of ownership has...

Dissapointed, I was there this morning to get a bagel for my daughter and I. We were standing in line. And somone calls in for a phone order and cleaned out all the bins. And as I approached to order the guy said I'd have to wait 7min, really?? I watch 4 groups paying customers, just walk out... not good. Someone that calls that big of an order you should prepare and tell the a good time to come, Not clean out your inventory for people waiting in a long line... dissapointed,...
