For the details: Last Thursday, after losing my bracelet for the fourth time in a month, and a mini heart attack in the two hours it took to locate it, I decided it was about time to fix the clasp. I called enalie jewelers, after finding them on google. Gary refused to give me even a tentative quote over the phone, so I went in, and took with me another piece I’d been meaning to shorten. I was greeted warmly by him and his wife. He took a look at my jewelry, and listened to me explain what I wanted done to them.

For the bracelet, he recommended a safety clasp. The necklace I wanted it shortened and the removed pieces turned into earrings. He was patient in explaining to me why he may not be able to do that, and if he were it would be an expensive repair. The “expense” he kindly warned me about turned out to be an extremely reasonable price for the work I wanted done. We agreed that it would be complete by the end of the following week. Enalie called me on Tuesday, letting me know that my pieces were ready for pickup, a few days earlier than I expected.

When I picked up my jewelry they even had a new piece very specific to my taste n gave me an AMAZING price on it. It honestly feels amazing to be heard on your likes and have the owners remember you when you return. I’ll never go...

I am giving this business 5 stars because every experience I’ve had with them has been nothing but pleasant. I rarely review a business but this one well deserves it.

Gary and Ina were so helpful through the process of helping me get my husband a custom pendant with his Initials for Our anniversary, we collaborated with the design, they were so knowledgeable and patient, it turned out better than what I expected and they had it complete by the promised date. Last month they helped my husband design the most beautiful ring for our 25th wedding Anniversary. He chose a round center stone with a halo, diamonds on the sides, along with an Eternity band. It’s a classic traditional design in white gold that will never go out of style, I was told they custom designed it to meet my husbands request to make it a higher setting so the band can fit comfortably next to each other. It fits beautifully and comfortable. I feel like Audrey Hepburn when I ware it. :)

During our first meeting, Gary meticulously tested and weighed each piece we hoped to sell. He offered an exceptional price for all the pieces. Next, we redesigned my wedding ring by cutting my grandmother's diamond to near flawless standards, and then flanked it with trillions from my original ring. To complete the set, we purchased a coordinating eternity band for a fair and reasonable price.

We were so happy with the entire process, we asked Gary to clean and dip an heirloom turquoise ring. Once again, he delivered, making it look like a piece of art.
