I've been coming to this place for a few months now and I've brought my friends and family and they've brought their friends and family. Which is why it saddens me to make this comment. At first staff, food, and atmosphere were amazing but these last few times I've gone can only be described as prejudiced. My friends and I came and one of the servers, at the time I was requesting another plate of meet, looked me in the eyes and rolled his eyes. He then proceeded to ignore all of our attempts at getting his attention to the point someone else had to take over our table. At said time I believed it was due to the place being busy, although at the time we were sat the place had then emptied out 3 tables. Most recently today the same friends decided to grab dinner one of the staff who we later found out to be the owner gave us a stink face but other than that initially all was well with the staff being kind and attentive. But for some reason after the owner spoke to our waitstaff we no longer received the same attentiveness as a few minutes ago. I attempted to wave him down 4-5 times at one point he even made eye contact with my friend but still ignored us. He served the tables around us to the point where the table next us had multiple plates of meat. And while I don't normally note this it is important to note we were the only all female and latina table in his section. It wasn't until we flagged down a female waitstaff were we able to speak with the our waiter. My friend asked why he had been rude to the point of even making eye contact with her and then choosing to ignore us. He only "yeah im sorry". Needless to say while I loved coming here to the point it became our go-to KBBQ spot, we are disappointed in now being unable to continue...
Read moreCame in for lunch on a Wed and wasnt too busy, we got seated down by the busboy or helper and got our banchan(sides) he was very nice. Server came over few moments later, we ordered our food drinks and steamed egg sides. We did not get any water until or first meat was almoat cooked on the grill,we had to ask 3 times for our drinks, people next to us also were already eating with no drinks. We asked multiple times for our water and also our steamed egg and soup. Took about 30min for our steamed egg as he forgot and was already cold. At this point the busboy I think his name was Elizares was the one helping us with everything, he was so helpfull and nice. Everything we asked the server he forgot, had to ask 2-3 times over and over to remind him, he did not do a good job, the busboy that day was amazing helping us and helping alot of his tables with refills and sitting people down. The server looked very lost and did not know what he was doing, . To top it off I observed the waiter yell at the busboy(Elizares) in front of customers like if he was not helping him enough, I thought maybe it was an owner as you do not talk to someone like that infront of customers. Nope it was just a waiter yelling at the busboy that was doing all the work and actually helping us. Service from waiter was terrible, that busboy was awesome that day helping us and multiple tables. Food was pretty good once we got it. Owner needs to be around and speak to his waiting staff. Server stars 1, busboy and...
Read moreGuigui 9392 Korean BBQ is an absolute gem for anyone craving authentic and satisfying Korean BBQ. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and seated right away—despite it being a busy Saturday evening. No waiting at all, which is almost unheard of for a weekend dinner rush!
The service was top-notch. Our server was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal. Plates were changed frequently, the grill was cleaned regularly, and our drinks were always full. It really felt like they genuinely cared about making our experience enjoyable.
What truly sets Guigui 9392 apart is the variety and quality of food. The selection was far more extensive than most KBBQ spots, with a wide range of marinated meats, seafood, side dishes, and unique options that you don’t typically see elsewhere. Everything we tried was fresh, well-seasoned, and absolutely delicious. The beef brisket and spicy pork belly were standouts, and the banchan (side dishes) were flavorful and plentiful.
The atmosphere was clean, modern, and lively but not overwhelming—perfect for a casual night out with friends or family. The overall vibe is welcoming and relaxed, making it easy to enjoy the meal without feeling rushed.
I highly recommend Guigui 9392 to anyone looking for high-quality Korean BBQ with exceptional service and a fantastic selection. It's definitely a spot I’ll be returning to...
