Horrible service and manager! I received my food at the window I saw that they had overcharged me ($5.07) for the icees, as the drive thru board stated $1.00 under the value menu and that they had only charged me for one chicken sandwich and had missed that I had wanted three, so I went back through the drive thru to avoid hauling my kids in thinking this was a simple mistake. I proceeded to tell the drive thru clerk what happened and she told me that I am wrong and that the price changed and that she would have to charge me for the chicken sandwiches. I told her that they need to honor what is advertised and that I would like the price adjusted. Manager, Jessica proceeds to argue with me that the sign does not say a $1.00 and that the price has changed and that I am wrong even though I am sitting in the car in front of the sign that clearly states $1.00 under the value menu for a 16 oz icee. Since she didn't believe me, I asked her to come out and check. The manager shows me a screen shot of the icee section and prices and says this is the new price, I will give you two free chicken sandwiches, but this is my sign, I know my boards. I tell her that that is not the value menu portion that stated a dollar and that it is incorrect and should be honored, meaning the sandwiches would be covered under the difference and I was owed an extra seven cents if they honored their signs. She proceeded to argue with me that she knows her boards, she just checked her boards, and that she just gave me free food. I told her that I would walk out and show her the signs, since this is arrogance to be arguing with customer about the pricing of the sign. She then tells me that, You just called me arrogant and you are no longer allowed to come to this store. As the manager of this location I have the right to ban you from this location. I tell her that all I am saying is that your sign is wrong and you need to change it and that I would gladly show her where I saw a dollar. She tells me that she already checked it and Sharon another worker leans out and says I will walk out with you, to which I was appreciative and pulled around to park and pull put my two children. When I walked into the restaurant, the cashier asked how she could help me, to which I told what Sharon had agreed to do. Another worker from the line asked me what had happened, and said sorry. The cashier went to look for them but came back and said nothing. After waiting for five minutes I asked the drive thru worker who had a gap if she could help me and she yelled at me that I am busy. I asked the cashier again after another two minutes if she could get Sharon or the manager because Sharon had said she would walk out and see the error with me. The cashier proceeds to tell me that the manager is very busy and that she has a lot of paperwork and that the sign guy isn't there and that he makes mistakes and that they don't have a key. I tell her that I was told that Sharon would walk out with me and see the error to know what to fix and I would like an apology and am waiting, to which she goes down the hall and tells Jessica that I am not leaving until someone comes out. The cashier then says someone is out there changing it... Even though they had just told me that they couldn't change it. Jessica and Sharon come out and Jessica proceeds to yell at me that I have been asked to leave five times and that I am not allowed at that location anymore because she is the manager and that Sharon is not allowed to walk out there because she is the manager and she won't let her. I tell Jessica that all I am asking is that someone come out and acknowledge the error and apologize. She tells me you called me ignorant and I have asked you five times now to leave and that you are no longer welcome at this location. I correct her that I said arrogance because she refused to come look at the sign with me. She tells me to leave again and proceeded to turn her back on me and ignore me, so I left. I don't even know if I got my...
Read moreThis specific BK was were I worked for the first time when I was still in High School, and I have fond memories of working here. But nowadays, it's a complete disaster. I've had bad customer service, been given the wrong order, or have items missing on multiple occasions, but since it's the nearest BK in the area, I always give it a second chance. Today was the last one. I went by the drive thru, and ordered a double cheeseburger meal, and a Whopper JR with cheese. I specifically asked for no pickles, ketchup and mustard on my double cheeseburger, and said I wanted extra cheese. For the Whopper JR, I also said no Pickles, Onions, and I said to add cheese. When I got to the window to pay, the young lady told me the total was around $2. I had to repeat my order to her, since she apparently had only gotten the part of me wanting a double cheeseburger. By this time, I had a bunch of cars piled up behind me, so I didn't check my order when I got it, I just left. But as I was driving home, my passenger checked, and all of my special requests had been ignored. The double cheeseburger had no extra cheese and had all the ingredients I had asked them to remove. The Whopper JR did not have any cheese and had all the ingredients I asked them not to put in. I was given a regular Coke instead of a Diet Coke, and the cup was not even full The one thing they did get right was that I wanted onion rings instead of fries, but they didn't include the onion rings sauce I requested. What was more annoying was that the receipt said I was charged extra for the cheese on the Whopper JR, and the extra cheese on the double cheeseburger. They don't give what is ordered, but they do charge for it. That's the last straw. Good-bye BK, I think I'll be going to Wendy's or good ol' McD...
Read more**Update: drive thru time has improved. seeing from the drive thru into the restaurant windows I could tell that the inside of the store had a better clean up than last visit. Hoping they keep this up!
Head the warnings from other reviews. As stated by others, Drive thru takes 20-30min service for only a few cars ahead of you. Ive sat through this wait 3 times on separate visits in the past 2 months. I decided to skip this wait and go inside, and let me tell you it was 🤢.
The floors were black with grime, gloves on the floor, puddles dispersed throughout dining room with furniture left in an array. Mop was out but no employee cleaned the entirety of the visit.
A disgruntled customer came in cussing at the manager, manager couldn't properly diffuse the situation in a professional manner. Instead he stooped to the same level and cussed back. After the customer left, the rest of the customers inside the restaurant could hear the manager loudly complaining and said some offensive things. I was given an apology and was given my order. Cold old fries which were definitely past the throw out time and a burger with a bun that had a large black mark.
Managers need retraining in food handling, customer service, direct more and manage employee strengths on certain tasks/job...
