Holiday Inn Express & Suites Modesto-Salida by IHG — Hotel in Ripon

There are no words to express my gratitude to the staff, although I was 100's of miles from home, they made me feel at home. I had the best time ever at the Holiday Inn Express in Modesto, CA. The staff was amazing. The hotel is beautiful, clean with a family oriented atmosphere, very modernly designed and convenient with lots of AC connecters in the rooms, plenty of light and comfortable sitting areas in the room.

Monika, guest service manager, is very compassionate, she attends to guests quickly and went out of her way to make people happy, she very friendly and always smiling. Nikki, Director of sales, Oh my God, she is outstanding, she made me feel like family, warm and caring. During cocktail hours, she goes above and beyond, exceeding everyone's expectation.

Carmen, breakfast personal, is a doll, always making sure their is enough food for everyone, keeps the area clean and inviting, always with a smile and ready to help.

Angelica and Marcie, housekeeping, very friendly and helpful, they keep my room clean with a fresh smell and clean linens everyday, they always leave candies for me on the computer desks, what a caring touch. My linens always smell clean and fresh on the extremely comfortable bed. I feel at home.

Natalie and Dan at front desk are amazing, if I request something, before I hang up the phone they were at the door with the item, always smiling. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn, and I must say it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I walked into the lobby, I was greeted by friendly and professional staff who made me feel right at home. The check-in process was seamless, and I was impressed by the cleanliness and modern design of the hotel.

The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I had one of the best night's sleep I've had in a long time. The amenities provided in the room were top-notch, including a well-stocked mini-fridge and a large flat-screen TV with plenty of channels to choose from.

One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast offered at the hotel's restaurant. There was a wide variety of options available, from fresh fruit and pastries to made-to-order omelets. The food was tasty and well-prepared, and the service was attentive and courteous.

It was my first time in Modesto for a conference and my first stay at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites. From check-in to check-out and everything in between, it was a great stay!!! The person who checked us in was nice. Our room was clean and spacious and even better than the photos online. It was modern and well-decorated. Nice colors. Nice furniture. Seems like the architects and interior designers thought of everything! Cute bathroom with a tub. Dispensers for soap and hair products. A hair dryer. A cute nook with a microwave, small fridge, and coffee maker. An iron and ironing board well-stored in a closed. A desk with chair and a separate small table with a different chair. And the BED!!!! Don't get me started on the bed and the pillows! Absolute perfection. I didn't want to get out of it when it was time to go down for the free breakfast. There's a coin laundry if you need to do a load or two. A fitness center inside. A swimming pool outside. I kinda wanted to move in! For real. Can't I just stay here??? :) Long story longer.
