I forgot why we never came here until today! We went shopping at walmart and thought "oh yum some quick food" so went through the drive thru. The woman, who I assume is their manager, was rude the whole way through the ordering process. Rude at the window as well. They had us pull around front because they didn't have the burgers ready and wanted us to wait 3 minutes out front. Not only that but when they gave me my burger it wasn't even done right or well... really? Two tiny onion rings?? Now, honestly, I have worked fast food. I get it, things happen. But a while back (last year) when we moved to Sac, we came here because we had no food in the house. We got there and asked about their burgers... they were out. Angus burgers, out. Same with turkey burgers and their chicken patties! No sign out or anything... why are you even open if you don't have ANYTHING off your menu?? I will now GLADLY drive 15 mins down Madison to the other Carl's Jr instead of going here any day.

Utiliza el Drive thru, y desde el principio la voz de la cajera sonaba contrsriada, le pedí 2 hamburguesas de $ 3 49 como dice el especial y me pregunto que cuál, ella me sugerir 3 nombres, y supuse que eran las 3 fotografías que se veían en la promoción, entonces pedí de las que me dijo 2 California style. Pedí un kids mal por $6.00 y leí que por 1.79 podríamos hacerlo combo. Y lo pedí mediano. Cuando llego a la ventanilla la joven me quiere cobrar casi $30 dólares, lo cuál se me hace mucho dinero. Me explica muy molesta que las hamburguesas no cuestan $3.49 que salen como a $4.50 por qué no hay de $3.49 que son desde $3.49. Yo le respondí que yo deseo de las de 3.49. Pero para no discutir más le digo que esta bien a $4.50 pero que aún así es mucho dinero 29 dólares. Porque 4.50+ 1.79 = $ $6.29 × 2=12.58 + 6 = 18.58 más tax. No son 29. Ella muy enojada dijo entonces no se! Paga al fin que te oye a dar el recibo. Y le dije que no! Porque si pago acepto lo que ella me está cobrando. En fin llame a su manager y no había ninguno. Llamo al de la cocina y tampoco pudo explicarme de dónde querían cobrarme casi $10 de más!! Falta de entrenamiento u ofertas truquedas, o falsas, en fin. Lo más feo de esto es la horrible actitud que tiene esta niña, por favor contrate personas que aman su trabajo, que se esfuerzan y tienen respeto por los que pagamos para que ellos tengan su sueldo. Que pena que se estaban riendo y burlando ella con un chico que compartían el mismo turno. El chico de la cocina trató de explicar pero creo que no saben sumar. Porque el amablemente sumaba pero la registradora tenía otra cosa. La joven ignoró la situación cuando le pedí su nombre, no quiso darlo. Y se dio la vuelta y se fue. Que lastima que tengan empleados que trabajan por obligación y no son responsables de sus actos ni sus horribles actitudes. Moví mi automóvil porque había otro cliente esperando, pero amigos! No asistan a ese lugar, en la Madison, enfrente del Home deportivo de la Madison. Más adelante pedí exactamente lo mismo y fuero $18 dólares $11 de diferencia y un gran trató. EN la watt en North Highlands, además el chico nos explicó maravillosamente y compramos ahí. Aunque la hamburguesa, no estuvo deliciosa. Quedamos contentos con el gran trato. CONTRATEN GENTE RESPONSABLE Y AMABLE.

I order the same thing each time, a number 8 with no Santa Fe Sauce. I have gone 3 times to this location ordered the same thing each time. Every single time I do not get guac on my burger. I call to get this resolved and no one answers. The fries are always old and so is the burger meat. Absolutely ridiculous. I go back thinking the staff will get it right this time. This is the last time I will go here. Absolutely ridiculous. Apparently, it is too difficult for to get an order done correctly.

I order the same thing each time, a number 8 with no Santa Fe Sauce. I have gone 3 times to this location ordered the same thing each time. Every single time I do not get guac on my burger. Terrible customer service. I don’t normally go to this one but I had to because I was getting my mom, who is in a wheelchair, and sister food and this is the one by their house. I ordered them guacamole burgers but that’s not what I was given. Unfortunately we didn’t realize it until my sister started eating the burger. I called the store and the gentleman on the phone asked to bring in the receipt and they’ll fix it. I took pictures of the burgers so I could show them what they gave us. I go in and the person they had me speak to was Jade. I told her that they gave us the wrong burgers. She asked if I brought back the burgers they gave us. I told her my sister had started to eat hers and my mom already touched the other one. No one told me to bring the burgers back. Also there’s this thing called COVID, everyone might not see eye to eye when it comes to the virus but I don’t think stuff that has been touched and eaten should be brought back into a restaurant. However if I was told to bring them I definitely would have. They made a mistake and were not offering to fix it. I told her I wasn’t trying to get anything free, I just wanted the burgers that I ordered. She wasn’t going to give them to me for free so I ended up paying for the burgers they originally gave me. Jade handed me off to another employee to handle the register. As Jade walked away she gave off a big sigh like I was a nuisance. The total come to $11 so I asked the lady what I was paying for. She said some famous star burger and then proceeded to say they’re only $5. I don’t understand why I was being treated like I was the one in the wrong when I DIDN'T GET THE BURGERS THAT I PAID FOR IN THE FIRST PLACE! The best part about this whole thing is I could hear Jade talking about the situation to someone in the back and she told them we already ate the burgers! I had a terrible experience and I hope no one else has this same kind...

I give this place three stars on the merit of its employees (non-managerial), and the comforting familiarity of the food. There was one thing, however, which made my dining experience much less than a pleasant one. I mean, I think I have pretty realistic expectations of a fast food restaurant. But never once, in my almost 60 years, have I witnessed such a spectacle in a public eating establishment. The sound of a harsh, shrill, very loud voice came booming from the grill area. Some woman apparently yelling at someone near her in the back in Spanish. When it continued, a nice, and very professional, young man (Justin, I believe, but I'll check it out and correct if necessary) leaned his head in the back and said something very softy. The woman then turned her attention to him, yelling out toward the front, in English this time, although her voice was so shrill and loud, I still could not understand but a word here and there. I got my food to eat there, and she continued this loud taking, and occasional yelling, throughout my entire visit. I finally asked one of the employees her name, and was told she was his manager, Maria. Manager!?! Are you kidding me? Carl's Jr. would do well to reevaluate...
